Global Health Group(GHG) is currently looking for a Sales/Marketing Manager for our growing office.

As a GHG Home Care Marketer you will market GHG Home Care and the Waiver program while assisting the applicant in becoming a waiver participant.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in the Waiver program, and have existing contacts with service coordinators and referral sources. Candidate will procure Waiver enrollments, and develop/manage referral relationships. Candidate must be well-spoken with strong computer skills, polished and always have a "sales minded" approach. Must be able to multitask and manage changing priorities in a dynamic office environment while maintaining a professional demeanor. You will be responsible for generating referrals for GHG Home Care by building relationships throughout the community with long term care homes, independent and assisted living centers, retirement homes facilities and other community resources.

The candidate shall approach this position with a sales-minded approach.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• "Inside and Outside" Marketing promoting the Waiver program and GHG Home Care.
• Schedule and attend promotional events, some of which may occur on nights and weekends.
• Must have valid drivers license and transportation in order to travel to marketing events, participants homes, meetings, and any other work-related marketing needs.
• Advocates for participants and ensures that they are receiving appropriate and adequate services from providers and maintaining quality assurance.
• Perform other duties upon request.
• Knowledge in the following programs: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Google Docs and others if necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHALL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Previous experience in a Sales and/or Marketing field
• Self-starter with an outgoing personality
• Ability to speak in public to market company and promote waiver programs
• Ability to develop and build positive relationships within the community
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to deal with differing personalities on a daily basis.
• Must have ability to interact with people on all levels of the organization in a professional manner.
• Must have effective and professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must have proven organizational skills. Must be able to independently prioritize.
• Consumer Interaction: must be able to maintain positive interactions with consumers, their families and attendants.
• Appropriate confidentiality of consumer information is required at all times.
• Ability to work in a TEAM environment.
• BILINGUAL IN SPANISH IS A PLUS!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ Years of proven sales/marketing experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation
